This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the mobile game Sugar Swap (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

The short version

The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email, or other personal contact details.
Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
We use third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Analytics for Firebase) that collect limited technical and usage data to show ads and help us keep the App stable.
We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information stored on your device

Your level progress, stars, high scores, coin balance, daily-reward streak, and audio/haptic settings are saved locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

2. Information collected by third-party services

The App includes the following third-party SDKs, which may collect information automatically:

Google AdMob (advertising): may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. See the Google Ads privacy information.
Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting): collects crash logs, along with device model, operating-system version, and app state at the time of a crash, to help us diagnose and fix problems.
Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics): collects app-usage events, device information, and an approximate location derived from IP address to help us understand how the App is used.

These services are provided by Google LLC and are governed by Google's Privacy & Terms.

3. How we use information

To display and measure advertisements within the App.
To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical issues.
To understand aggregate usage so we can improve gameplay and performance.

4. Advertising choices

You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings (on Android: Settings › Privacy › Ads). Where required by law (for example, in the EEA and UK), the App will ask for your consent before serving personalized ads, and you may withdraw or change that consent.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA). Because we do not maintain accounts, most data is either stored on your device or held by the third-party services listed above; you can exercise many rights directly through your device settings or by contacting those providers. On-device data remains until you delete it. Data held by the third-party services is retained according to their respective policies. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
